How do I remove dead projects?

I have created several quickstart applications to test jx. However, I do not need them anyomore. I have deleted the repos, but the dependency matrix still shows them. Here an example:

dependencies:
- host: github.com
  owner: dicolasi
  repo: test
  url: https://github.com/dicolasi/test.git
  version: ""
  versionURL: ""

How can I remove those safely? I tried once to remove those manually and I had to reinstall the cluster :slight_smile:
